It may be sunny outside but it’s a grim day on the balance sheets. Looking at what we have to achieve and how we are going to get things done on time and to the highest quality, sadly it all boils down to money. Even though we can do a lot with a small amount of cash, we still need the small amount of cash.
So looking at the bank accounts and the current rate of input, we need to get a swift cash injection over the next few weeks, so we can keep on schedule.

It has been a busy few weeks, we have been gathering our Heads of Department and have most of them in place. Over the next few weeks we will be finalising them all and starting to put the ground work together for the latter stages of pre-production. The big news today is that we have cast an actor for our final main character, Cromwell Jackson. Neil Rayment (Matrix Reloaded) has signed to play the part of the antagonist. Neil is looking forward to getting into the shoes of the character and working with the rest of the cast and crew….

Well now I have had time to recover from the Hub 3 and had a good night’s sleep in my own bed, I can gather my thoughts for the weekend and the tasks at hand. I’m still on the tail end of that throat infection I had at the Hub, not swine flu thankfully, but the coughing is a pain.

Well the Saturday was fun, Lydia and I finally got our VIP passes and were able to do stuff unhindered. We caught a few of the talks, most of which went down the usual angle of talks at the hub other than Gareth refusing to talk about John Barrowman. The green room was good better than most I have been to at conventions, at least they catered for all tastes and made as healthy as possible, the green room people should pat themselves on the back.
