Casimir Effect -Scene 15
Scene 15 is from early on in Casimir Effect, where Alfred has invited Bob Back to a remote and disused room in the base. This is where Bob and Alfred break the ice in their friendship and start to connect. The interchange between the characters shows that Alfred is quite comfortable with whom he is and that Bob feels very awkward, as he is not used to this kind of social situation. This scene was show as Chicago TARDIS 2010 convention as part of a talk on Casimir Effect. The footage here is from the locked edit of the film, the colour grading isn’t final but close to the end product and the music is missing so the sound hasn’t gone through a final mix.

Video Diary 2
This is my morning at Cardiff University to see the 4D Camera. This is experimental technology so at the moment its a case of hoping its up and running and parts of it arent being upgraded or repaired. By the time we come to film its should be capable of capturing about an hour of footage, and generate the meshes a lot faster. A lot of the workflow software is being written at this time, so we may have to help develop or develop our own work flow system.
